The Indian and Filipino spreads are my favorites at Feria. The award-winning Humba dish is definitely the highlight of the Pinoy dish section, and chicken tikka masala was spiced right making me crave for more Indian food. With the variety of cuisine stations and over 100 dishes to choose from, Feria for sure has something that would tickle your fancy, and tease you to eat more.
My usual first stop when at Feria is The Japanese and salad station. I make a plateful of salad with sushi and maki slices before heading to the other stations for my main course.
The carving station always comes next the greens, having about two slices of grilled beef with gravy sauce would already fill my steak cravings. Then off to the Chinese station where I have some steamed siomai, and then finish off with SG’s Chili Crab. If I still can manage to eat more, I have some slices of pizzas, with slices of cheese and nuts.
Like many, I always have room for dessert, and the homemade vanilla ice cream and the pudding combo’s my favorite at Feria! Delish!
