For starters, there’s (1) Pork & Vegetable Egg Roll, (2) Marinated Jellyfish Salad, (3) Braised Pork Belly Gua Bao, (4) Hainanese Steamed Chicken and (5) Chicken Noodle Soup.

Personal favorites are the Hainanese Steamed Chicken and Braised Pork Belly Gua Bao. The Hainanese Chicken is soft, tender and juicy, while the Braised Pork Belly has this almost melt-in-your-mouth feel that goes well with the bao bun.

The 8 mains under the menu are (1) Stir-fried Grouper Fish, (2) Stir-fried Tiger Prawns, (3) Braised Mixed Mushroom & Broccoli, (4) Szechuan Style Marinated Beef, (5) Cantonese Sweet & Sour Pork, (6) Spicy Szechuan Style Chicken, (7) Stir Fried Egg Noodles and (8) Steamed Whole Grouper.

Noodles represent longevity so each of us on the dining table never passed on the opportunity to get a plateful of the Stir Fried Noodles. The fragrant Steamed Whole Grouper was the star of the meal, tasting really fresh and flavorful too.
