I still remember visiting their first branch in Lahug when they initially opened in April 2014 and instantly fell in love with their cup of cafe latte, which I paired with their cheesesteak sandwich.

2018 has been an eventful year for Tazza, having opened their second branch in Banilad Town Center and getting recognition it deserves for one of the store’s specialty baked goods – The Yema Cake, as Sunstar’s Best of Cebu Specialty Cake for 2018. Well, it’s about time Tazza becomes a household name!

I frequent the BTC branch as it’s the one closest to me. Recently been raving about the Torched Salmon dish which I am currently addicted to, and the Homemade Granola Yogurt!

Peruvian-inspired Torched Salmon is a plate of quinoa with sweet corn kernels, topped with blanched spinach and a slice of deliciously grilled salmon with special lassi sauce on the side.

Homemade granola yogurt bowl is a serving of handmade yogurt and granola, with chia seeds, mango chunks, apple cuts and raisins.

I love both the Torched Salmon and the Homemade Granola Yogurt Bowl!
And I have to mention how I appreciate the brand as it continues to serve freshly made, delightful comfort food amidst the hustle and bustle of Cebu City.
But hey, I might made an impression that they don’t serve food with rice. They do! One of the most sumptuous one on the menu is their Beef Stroganoff made with tender strips of beef in a creamy, flavorful sauce! Yum! Try it too when you visit.

Tazza Cafe and Patisserie‘s second branch is at Banilad Town Center, Banilad Cebu City. Regular operating hours is from 7:30AM to 12midnight daily. For inquiries and reservations, call 032-2635321.
