Tea of Spring – the resort’s Chinese restaurant, offers Lunar New Year set menus that will be available until the 14th of February 2019. This special carte features oriental classics such as Steamed Live Grouper in Double Deluxe Soy Sauce, Deep-fried tiger prawn coated with golden pumpkin sauce, and chilled mango puree with pomelo and sago. Hailed as one of the Top 20 Best Restaurants in the Philippine Tatler’s Best Restaurants Guide 2017, this limited offering will surely delight palates of families ringing in the new year together. Set menus start at P1,888++ per person. Each set menu comes with a plateful of Yee Sang for families to do their Prosperity Toss.
