50ml – cooking oil
50 g – onion, chopped
25 g – garlic, chopped
1 can – La Mia Tuna
150ml – all purpose cream
100g – cooked spaghetti pasta
10g – parsley or microgreens
20g – grated cheese
salt & pepper to taste
2 cans La Mia Tuna (drained)
100g all purpose flour
10g parsley or microgreens
1. In a stock pot, boil the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside
2. To make the meatballs, mix all tuna meatball ingredients in a bowl. Mould a tablespoon full of mixture to a ball. Pan fry and set aside.
3. In a saucepan, heat oil and saute onion and garlic. Allow the works to caramelize and add drained tuna. Stir in the cream and season to taste. Mix the pasta and the meatballs.
4. Serve hot and garnish with parsley or microgreens and cheese.
